# The Root and Stem

The Root and Stem is the professional-development arm of Full Bloom Counseling.
It exists for licensed and pre-licensed mental health clinicians — not for

## What it offers

- **Trainings and workshops** — half and full days on clinical topics including
  couples work, the Enneagram used clinically, weight-neutral and Health at
  Every Size informed care, and trauma work that has stalled. In person in
  Denver and online. Continuing education credit is offered where stated;
  CE approval is currently in progress.
- **Retreats** — two to three nights in Colorado for groups of 12–16
  clinicians. Mornings hold teaching, afternoons are unstructured. Built
  around rest rather than contact hours, so most retreats do not carry CE.
- **Consultation groups** — eight clinicians meeting monthly for a full year.
  Open to any licence and any practice setting.
- **Supervision and mentorship** — individual and dyadic hours toward LPC and
  LMFT licensure in Colorado with an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, plus practice
  mentorship on rates, notes, referrals and business questions.

## Who it is for

Licensed therapists, pre-licensed clinicians accruing hours toward licensure,
and graduate students in clinical programmes. Attendees come from private
practice, agencies, hospital systems and solo work. No affiliation with Full
Bloom Counseling is required.
